More pics of the schoolgirl. :) Mom requested this picture of Kate on her first "FULL day." There's a little story behind it... we had dinner at Mom and Dad's Tuesday night and we were all sitting around the table talking. Someone said something to Kate about school... something like "and you're going tomorrow?" She kind of puffed out her little chest and said very proudly "Full day." In my mind I could hear her saying "oh yeah" right after it. It was that kind of tone. It was SOOO funny!
So here she is before getting in the car for her first full day. :) She had to include ratty pink bear too. (she kept saying "say cheese, pink bear." -- goober) :)

And here she is at school, ready to go into her classroom. :) She's such a big girl! (my baby girl... *sigh*)
Kate had to have the TINKERBELL backpack! (and she's very proud of it, can you tell?)
Happy first day of school. Sam - 6th grade (I CANNOT believe that! I have a SIXTH grader?!!... and he obviously wasn't quite ready for the picture - sorry, bud); Isaac - 5th grade; Jesse - 3rd grade; Kate - 3 day a.m. preschool

The Kenoyer Family Reunion 2007

Everyone is pictured except for Emad and Joanna (we wish you could have joined us - we missed you). 26 out of 28... not bad.

Isaac says, "You want goofy? I'll show you goofy... these bright swimtrunks you bought on clearance at Meijer. THESE are goofy, Mom!" And Kyle points to them... "yep, they're goofy alright... I don't know what your mom was thinking, Isaac." :)
A buncha boys having fun in the pool (thank you, Kyle, for the lovely posing). :) For the next pic, I said... "Okay, be goofy..."

Can anyone that knows me believe that I'm actually posting a picture of an animal and saying "Isn't she cute"???? What has happened??!! But she is cute and she is so sweet. I never thought she'd grow on me like she has. Molly Mae, you're alright... for a dog! (I'd rather you not swim in the pond, but you're still alright)
Another young lady I'm missing already. Leah was SUCH a HUUUGE help to me last week (without being asked). The only thing she did wrong was spoil my baby by holding him a LOT!! (she AND Lacey did that, actually) That's okay, though... I still miss you. :)
Oh my Katie-girl... I miss you already (she's at Gma and Gpa Anderson's for a few days). Here's Kate, first thing in the morning, getting ready to SWIM! :)

The pool is OPEN!!

Yay!!!

It's been a long time coming but I'm glad to say the pool is finally open! ANYONE is welcome to come swim. Please just call ahead.

(p.s. - next week we should be having a contractor installing a fence but I've learned, through this process, to not hold my breath waiting for contractors... so I'm just saying COME SWIM!!!... and if the fence guy really does show up, then we'll reschedule) :)

I just loved this picture... my three big boys fishing together. :)
I'll just say it right here since the chatbox will be filled with it soon anyway ;) ---- he's so CUUUUTE!!!! (if I do say so myself) I love you, baby boy...
I couldn't decide which of these two pictures was cutest, so I'm posting them both...

Jesse caught another one - this time with his own pole and not Kate's "Lucky Barbie Fishing Pole." ;)
Crazy mutt! At one point we looked over and there she is - literally swimming around in the pond. Man, was she dirty!!
Molly was VERY interested in the fish too. Ugh, she was FILTHY!!!! by the time we came in. And poor dog... she just kind of sat at the door and gave me the sad-puppy eyes wondering why she couldn't come in the house. Needless to say, she got a bath last night.
Here he is teaching her how to cast her own line (which she is now pretty good at!... though she's not as careful as I'd like her to be about watching where that hook is swinging!)
This was so sweet -- Sam being a big brother and helping Kate bait her hook. Though, I do have to mention... Kate is NOT a priss. She has no problem picking up those nasty, slimey, wiggly worms with her own hands.
Isaac enjoyed trying all the different colorful lures. But we found out that the fish like real live worms the best.
Jesse catches the second one. Good job, Jess. :)
Aaaaaand guess who caught the first fish!! Yep... Katie Mae! (she's very proud of herself, can you tell?) :)
Woo-hoo!! FISHING POLES!!! Thank you, Daddy...
This is the drawback of having the older brother, Isaac, get the baby ready for the day... he ends up with a fauxhawk... AND a cereal-box-tattoo on his back!! (Mama was not happy about that one) Doesn't Ben's face look like he's saying "Uh-oh... you're in trouble."
