I was trying to get a good picture to put in with Ben's birth announcements but, let's be realistic... by the time I get the prints ordered and all the announcements addressed, Ben will be walking. So... here's the pic that WOULD be included if I were a little more "with it."

Tracey gave the boys the coolest gift... it's a box puzzle (like a maze with a little silver ball) that you have to open to get to the gift inside -- which was money! Jesse worked very diligently at it...

Once we got over being rookie parents and figured out how to fit it into the carseat, it's awesome! :) And Ben seems to really like it... it's so warm and toasty, he took a BIG nap in it today. I hated to disturb him, he looked so cozy! :) So thank you, Miss Gem (and Amanda). ;)

I've been trying to get some good pictures for his birth announcement so I thought I'd try some naked shots. Everyone knows that naked babies are CUTE but I'll bet not everyone knows that they don't tuck their cute little legs under their tummies when they're not sleeping. He kept wanting to exercise them. But... it's still cute I guess. Look at that teeny tiny tooshie!!!

I was surprised that Kate wasn't more fascinated with the baby. But, hey -- there were SNACKS in my room (and she hadn't had supper yet). To a four-year-old, I guess snacks take priority. :)

Jesse is SO sweet (like his daddy). He noticed that my feet were still puffy so he came over and started rubbing them. He said "Grandma says I'm a good foot-rubber." Isaac pipes up from the couch "She says that to everybody." I laughed so hard. :) But hey - they're BOTH good foot-rubbers!! :)
